Pollogen is a leading international company in the field of home and professional aesthetic treatments with high quality, technologically innovative and clinically proven skin care products.

In order to build a leading and up-to-date global brand, Pollogen approached us to produce a range of high-quality video and animation marketing assets.

We faced a number of significant challenges:

1. How to explain the complex technologies of Pollogen’s products in an innovative and interesting
visual language.

2. How to move away from the limited aspect of beauty treatments to a broader life style context with the aim of giving the videos a strong marketing orientation.

The Solution

We conducted an in-depth examination of the brand and the products, how they work, what technologies are at their core and who the target audiences may be.

We sat down with Pollogen’s marketing teams and defined which product videoswere required for the professional market and which for the home market and built the right video mix according to customer journey and product characteristics:

  • Brand awareness videos –to unveil the products and brand at the initial stages of the customer journey.
  • Product videos – to explain how the products work in a detailed marketing manner.

As can be seen, we challenged conventional ways of illustrating physiological and technological processes during the creative process.We utilized our high capabilities in 3D animation to go inside the body and visually and spectacularly deliver clear and focused messages.

By making the connection between Pollogen’s products and current images of femininity we were able to convey an emotional message that created brand identification. Videos that focus on the viewer’s perspective are far more effective in marketing and reinforce the brand’s most current image.

At the production level, inclusive thinking about the entireprocess allowed us to best utilize the budget, build assets for further use and complete the project quickly and successfully.
